A package I shipped was returned to the store as the UPS label came off. When I called about the package after seeing the package was returned I spoke to Michelle. How lucky was I! Michelle was great! She called me back with info, was able to re-send the package back on it's way WITHOUT me having to go into the store and she provided the tracking number to me. I went to the store to say thank you. UPS you are lucky to have Michelle as your employee.

Today I visited this store the lady who started helping me was very rude, she didn't let me talk and was really nasty to me. She didn't wanted to help very unprofessional. She should get trained how to talk to customers.I will never go again no business, will go somewhere else.Loss for your business.I don't remember her name and wish if i can give zero to her.

The lady that works the counter is great, they can get very hectic but she stays very patient. Most people turn toxic in such a hectic work environment but not her.

Never had a problem with this UPS Store. Needed something notorized and copies made. I as upset and the worker as very helpful and reassuring. Clean and safe. Handicap parking. Inhave been going here for about 10 years. Never an issue.
