Needed a large table shipped from PA to RI without knowing who to call. I reach out to the UPS Store and they went out of their way to assist me. They did a great job at building a crate, which contained the table, to ensure it arrived undamaged. Would highly recommend them.

This location are crooks while they are nice and pleasant. They charge you for extras without justification and the response I got was we can charge whatever we want. Bogus.
OMG, more expensive than I thought but considering the value of what I was shipping they took great care of making sure it was packaged correctly so it did not suffer any damage in shipping. I have used and will continue to use UPS. That day they packaged one for me and yes that was expensive but the other box they just shipped. Both items got to their destination on time and safely.
I recently hired the good people at this store to package an antique desk and artwork on a pallet to be shipped to San Dieg, CA. It arrived at my warehouse in perfect shape, not a scratch or blemish. They were all a pleasure to deal with and I commend their efforts! David S. San Diego, CA
