This store out of all the stores used or been to before has provided the best service and customer engagement. On top of that they provide impeccable customer service they are super kind patient and polite. Every time I enter this location Mauricio and other fellow employees never fail to greet me kindly and make me feel right at home and that’s what I call above and beyond customer service. Keep up the great work Mauricio and team. They provide this level of top tier service even throughout a pandemic and that should be noted and noticed I greatly appreciate you guys .

I called this location to get directions on how to find them because it was my first time here and i was lost. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone and he helped me find them. Over the phone i mentioned i had a heavy box. When i parked, i was trying to figure out how to get the box into the UPS location. I was approached by the same gentleman that i was on the phone with named Mauricio. He was there to help me with the heavy box. I was so happy to see someone take the initiative without me asking. Mauricio really made my day, and reminded me that there are still good/caring people out there. Thank you UPS for having employees like Mauricio!
