Meep Changeling

Much better than every other UPS store in town... because it's closest to me. They'll mail your stuff. Do you have any idea of the logistics behind how the email works? Be happy you have access to the ability to send anything anywhere in the world for a reasonable price. Stop expecting caviar and sexual favors in terms of customer service from people who are providing you with access to a modern wonder of the world.

Thank you so much for your help, amazing customer service. We had a departing employee and we contacted the nearest UPS store and the manager was very helpful. He just dropped off the company owned equipment she took it upon herself to box it up and ship it that day very affordably. Without her help we would have to fly somebody to that location recover the equipment and return. She saved us over 500 at least to complete this transaction. A trusted source for small business don't hesitate to reach out to the store. Thanks again, Ken

Terrible, customer service. I was not greeted, nor thanked nor welcomed in any way. Counter representative should not be in her current position, she was rude and not able to muster the bare minimum in customer service. Recommend going elsewhere. Happy Holidays indeed. (zero stars)

Literally the worst customer service I’ve seen in any part of Alaska. The counter girl (Abby) at this location was by far the rudest most impolite person I have ever met. Rude and snotty to both my wife and I. Threw her hands in the air and stormed out of the room when we asked question about returning some of our items. We didn’t have boxes for everything and she just said we can’t take this here. Didn’t offer boxes, didn’t try to help in any way, and was just rude the whole time. After she stormed out her manager walks out and is just as snotty and rude. I will avoid this company like the plague. Hopefully someone hirer then the store manager sees this and does something about the absolute garbage employees they keep around. Wouldn’t go here if it was free to ship for life

I'm a customer here for over 12 years. Unfortunately, they have lost staff the last couple years without bringing enough help back on, and leaving new staff alone during the busiest times of day, causing very long waits and frustrated customers. They need more help, and more training before being turned loose.

The Worker was very short and rude. The fact that my package was 5 feet away from me and I paid for 1 day shipping but was not able to get it is exceptionally frustrating. If you have the option do not use this store.

I will never go back to this store. The staff was short with me, and irritable because I didn’t understand how to return items properly. It was my first time returning items, and if they had just helped me, and explained the process instead of casting me aside with irritation it would have been better, I left in tears.

As a package customer I started using this location 3 weeks ago. Consistently understaffed, I’ve never been there without 3-7 people already waiting in line. However the worse failure is their disorganization. Parcel service is in their name, however they can’t figure out where packages are after they receive them. I’ve been in almost every day this week to try and find packages, and at this point am waiting on 5, all of which say received in the UPS app, their computer says they are sitting on shelves, but they can’t find them. Absolutely horrible, they give no compelling reason to do business with them.
