I took my vacuum cleaner in around noon and got a call by 3 the same day saying that it was repaired. Quality service at very reasonable prices!

I contacted this local shop in hopes that I could avoid the online purchase of shipping time and buy direct from them for a simple 2 year old Hoover Windtunnel agitator belt that had broke. Calling with part number in hand I was assured that If I bring in the broken belt with they would have a match as some Dirt Devils might work also. So prior to ordering my Uber out there I call again the following morning. Different gentlemen has a wall full to choose from but computers down. With Uber waiting in lot I’m finally told belt can’t be ordered model discontinued. Bait and switch poor sales practices like this is what’s going to be the end of these small business. It’s 2020. Customer is never right or honored first with just the simple truth. That builds loyalty and return customers. But of course they had a 399 brand I had never heard of on the showroom floor on my way out apologizing to the Uber driver who I’m surprised waited. Just piss poor way to pitch a sale. I ordered belt online. Shipping is 5 more business days of cat hair on my carpet. You gotta laugh sometimes or comment. Trent Carter Hagerstown transplant 8 years ago! Peace.

Great little vacuum shop. I have come here twice for repairs. They do a nice job and seem to tell you just what you need rather than push more than necessary. For about 50 each time, they have gotten my vacuum going for me again. The next time I want to buy a vacuum, I will think of them as well because I think the people here will help me get a good one for my needs. I did notice some good deals on vacuums as well. As low as 99.

The Vacuum store has almost any vacuum you can imagine. It has a online directory and stock but the problem is once you own a vacuum how many more do you need it doesnt have the value as say, kmart. But the employees there know their stuff because their focus is on one household need. They do repairs and other vacuum needs and accessories are available. These stores like these though are always a little on the high price side.
