The absolute best. They are so quick with processing packages and keeping them safe and secure for residents. They’re also quick to alert when they’re logged in and ready for pick up, zero complaints and I’ve lived here for nearly 4 years. Also, the people are really great too and they make the experience even better and very quick.

My daughter lives here and she loves it. It is safe and the rent is reasonable for students considering all the great amenities included. We have had no issues. The staff is friendly and helpful. Brianna from the front office always has a big smile and has been a big help whenever I have had questions or needed help! We are renewing our lease here for next year.

I've lived at the Village for almost 2 years now and enjoyed my stay here as a resident! The apartments are super spacious, the front desk staff is friendly, and it is very safe since the property is kind of secluded from main roads. Maintenance has always completed my work orders in a timely manner and there have never been any issues with the appliances in my apartment. I would definitely recommend living here!

This is my second year living in this community and it has been amazing! The rooms are spacious and come furnished which is great for my student budget. The amenities are great as well and the ladies at the front desk are always so helpful. Brianna specifically is always there to assist me with questions about rent, amenities, etc. If you’re attending UCF or Valencia, this is the place to be living!
