The bed we purchased is absolutely the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had. It is a king with the adjustable head and foot. We can also control the firmness to meet each of our needs. Our salesperson was most professional and thorough in her presentation (Roberta) Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Recently got a new king mattress! They set it up on a Friday afternoon and over the weekend we are enjoying the bed Immensely!!!! The two guys setting up the bed where amazing! Best investment Ever! Really understand that a great night sleep makes a difference! Wife has had back pain before this bed! She LOVES not getting up with a sore back!!! Thanks to the whole team at Relax and Comfort!!! Definitely will refer others to this Store!

My husband and I started looking into adjustable beds several months ago. After looking and originally purchasing a bed from a nationwide company with had nothing but issues with said companies customer service. We canceled our order, prior to delivery, and he searched the internet and found Relax in Comfort. He filled out an inquiry about 8:30pm. Jackie messaged him within 15 minutes and they communicated off and on for several days. We decided to make the 9 hour round trip to meet with Jackie and see the beds in person She was very knowledgeable about the products and the showroom was very professional. After purchasing the bed, we drove to the warehouse to pick up the bed. They helped load the bed as well as cover it and secure it in the rain. When we assembled the bed, which took less than a hour, we had problems with one of the cables for the adjustable bases. I reach out to Jackie on Sunday and she was on top of it and even had her boss call to help out. I would highly recommend, Jackie, Relax in Comfort and the bed if you are looking for a restful nights sleep and GREAT customer service.
The bed comfort is just ok. The follow up service was non existent. I would not recommend this company at all. It’s a pig in a poke as far as I’m concerned. They get their money and NO SERVICE!!!!
