I found Burnett in a non traditional form, I walked in and asked to speak to someone. I presented my resume and waited. They made time for me and then spent 2 hours talking to me. If you are looking for an excellent recruiter go find Chris. They will find careers that will match your profile. they are very personable and if you want a good experience this is a great spot. I have worked with 8 recruiters in the city and this is among the best.

This was a great place. My agent was Dana Schneider and she was so good at first. Then when I tried getting another assignment she ignored me after I left voicemails, emails and even messages with front desk. Now they told unemployment that I left & wouldn’t contact them! Extremely unprofessional.

They need to help you over the phone and not just refer you to the website. Most of the people that work for Burnett as contractors to Burnett clients do not have computer access and thus is why they call. Calling over the phone is a form of communication and a valid/legal reason for the people answering the phone to work and do their job and fulfill the service request(s) over the phone.
