I did a search for Powernext because I wanted to look at my account and saw that they had 2.5 stars!!! So I have to leave a review! I have been nothing but HAPPY with my service. The price is great, not a lot of extra fees like some other companies. My credit card is charged automatically every month. They send me weekly usage reports and bills and let me know when my card has been charged. Seamless and flawless...thanks!

Fortunately their rates are cheap which is the only reason I've stayed as long as I have with this company, and the singular reason I would recommend using this provider. I have issues with their website EVERY month (truly EVERY month) from being unable to login, to their payment portal not processing payments, to the website just flat-out not working or lagging. Customer service is inconsistent and semi-apathetic. The account is in my grandmother's name (who has dementia and can barely remember her own name) and I've never had an issue speaking with someone until recently when they asked for the last 4 of her social and I couldn't provide it. For almost a year, I haven't ever had this issue when calling (usually about their website); both my phone number and credit card are tied to the account, but they couldn't help me with a website issue this last time because I couldn't provide the last 4 of her social.

Stay away from this place. I am not sure they even provide electricity reading the reviews on here. They have had my deposit since November 23, 2020 nor were they able to provide me service. I have attempted to get a refund of the deposit and had no luck. I am just told I have to wait and there is nothing they can do to assist me. I ask myself, \did I get got?\ it sure feels that way more than a month later and they still have my money. The 5-8 business days to process a refund has gone well past this and they DO NOT SEEM TO CARE!!!
