Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Bryi's and had to stop using them. Compared to other pet sitters I've used in the past, I found Bryi's team (Bryi herself her team manager) really difficult to communicate with. She's not very responsive and at times can take hours if not days to get back to you. I also found them to be very inflexible and unaccommodating, which was very stressful to deal with when being away from home. I found the overall communication style of her entire team to be curt and dismissive - something that really caught me off-guard. In addition, I was charged a fee weeks after the appointments without any prior notice or explanation. I'm still waiting for their response to reimburse me... There are so many great pet sitters in and around the city, and Bryi's is not one of them. I switched to C&H Petsitting and Erika and her team couldn't be sweeter, always reliable, responsive and very accommodating.

So grateful to have found The Bryi's. I'm a worry-wart and I tend to stress my entire time away from my cat, but with The Bryi's I know she's in good hands. Although they probably don't know it, they have really helped me with my anxiety and I'm able to visit family and enjoy vacation again. Cessie is always cheery when we come back, she never skips a beat. It's always fun reading the notes they leave- they really get to know her well! On top of all this, they take better care of our house than we do sometimes! Our plants are in better shape than when we left them, and Cessie is a messy eater so they clean up after her. We're always pleasantly surprised to come home to a clean, calm house. I wish we weren't moving, because I'm not sure we'll ever find pet sitters as amazing, affordable, and professional as The Bryi's!
I cannot thank Andrea & Kayla enough for the care they took of our house and dogs. I just finished going through the notes & really appreciate the detail in their work to manage Napa's health and geriatric moments, entertain Harry's general Golden Retriever goofiness, the daily shouts-out to the fish, and the overall cleanliness of the house. Honestly, given the amount of rain I heard about on national news and the fact that we were gone for 2 weeks, I was prepared to walk in to a dog hair and paw-print filled house with a pile of stinky towels in the washer. Walking in to a clean house was the best gift I've received in a long time.
This was my first time using a pet sitter and I was extremely apprehensive. I was uncomfortable with a stranger coming into my house and I didn't know how my cat would react. Bryi's was recommended by my vet so I trusted that they knew the people and had experience with them. It was a last minute deal and they scheduled a consultation and my cat was very welcoming and I was able to feel more comfortable about what your company does and it gave me peace of mind. I had an awesome experience with your service! My cat was happy and so therefore I was happy. I would definitely refer friends to you and most certainly use your service again!
