Thelen team is great! When my Audi broken down on 75th, these guys penciled me in right away, had someone pick us up, did a through diagnostics. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, technicians team is amazing.
Did not get what I asked for I asked for a complete inspection of my vehicle I got a quick oil change inspection my tires, fluids ect. But not complete at all I am very disappointed guess I will go back to Sellers Subaru they always took good care of us.
My sister-in-law (a nurse, who relies on this vehicle for work) took her car to this dealer and was given the run around. I have personally witnessed multiple times, on different days, the vehicle not starting, and needing to be jumped. They kept her car for a week, charged her a 90 diagnostic fee, and told her they couldn't duplicate the problem. This car has consistently had this issue for over three months, but every time they tried to start it, it worked? Seems unlikely. They tried to give her multiple excuses that basically blamed her for the issues she was experiencing, such as leaving her doors unlocked (she does not), having aftermarket accessories (also no), and leaving her lights on (really?!). This dealership tries to take advantage of women.
Do not go to this dealership, especially if you're a woman. During the pandemic she left her car there for 6 days only to be told that they couldn't find the problem with it. I looked at the repair order and there is nothing shown that they actually diagnosed anything with the problem. They said it was parasitic draw but it only states that there is a maximum of 12 milliamps when everything below 20 to 25 is completely normal. so they kept her car for a week, didn't fix it and then tried to baffle her because she doesn't know enough about cars. I would never take my car to a dealership that doesn't stand behind their work is dishonest and doesn't know what they're doing
Had the best experience at Thelen Volkswagen bought my first Volkswagen atlas there I dealt with Leo a great sales person very nice friendly knowledgeable and will definitely go back again
Always a good experience in sales and service. The owners are always available if you have an issue. This is a real family business.
I am an 18 year old kid who needed a reliable car to get back and forth to school. I went here because i heard that Subarus and Volkswagen's were reliable cars. I bought a car in January for around 10000. The car looked very nice and seemed to run very good. The sales team assured me that the car had past all of their inspections and was in great mechanical and physical shape. Less then 24 hours after driving the car off the lot the check engine light came on. I brought it back and they said it was nothing and the light would go off on its own. It did, but it will still come on randomly. Then the heat stopped working. I took the car back to the dealership and they said the heater core needed to be replaced. That was 1800 to fix. But it does not end there. The car started to leak coolant less then 2 months later. I took it back and they said it needs a new water pump and that it will be almost 1300 to fix that. This dealership sold me a lemon and there is nothing i can do about it. Be careful when buying new cars especially for this dealership or any other Thelen dealership.
