I Recently broke a music Box that belonged to my parents, and it has a lot of sentimental value. After searching online to get more information on how to fix it, I struggled to find good information. Then I came across the music house website. I called and spoke to Ron who was very helpful and assisted me in determining how to get my music box fixed. 5 stars, will recommend to others.

I was shopping for a very specific box and not finding it until one store referred me to Ron's 'Music House.' It was easy to talk with Ron and he quickly put my special order together. He put me on Facetime so I could see it before placing the order. And it was cheaper than I thought it would be! Then when I got the box I was absolutely thrilled and delighted, practically to tears! It is truly wonderful and I am so unbelievably glad he could fulfill this dream of mine. And, it looks even way better in person vs. the view through Facetime. It is a little strange and sobering that there is only one shop in the US that could fill my special order, so that makes him truly one of a kind. It teaches me not to wait so long to realize those dreams!

I got a beautiful 72 note Swiss Reuge music box 35 years ago on my 1st anniversary from my husband and several years ago our cat knocked it off our dresser and crashed up the box and did some damage to mechanism. We couldn't afford to fix it back then so it sat for years. We decided to have it fixed this year and came across TheMusicHouse on line and what a blessing! The customer service and personal touch of Ron and his mother are awesome. They helped me find a beautiful new box, fixed and installed my mechanism the day they received it. On the return ship, UPS misdelivered it and it was lost. Ron offered to completely replace it for the amount of the insurance which was under the value of the box and I was amazed of that kind of care these days you don't see it often. I feel like we have new friends in them. We found the box after all (thank goodness!) and it is beautiful and sounds wonderful again. We are so happy!

After being in storage for many years I had 7 that needed refurbishment. How lucky I was to find Ron was nearby. He fixed them all and took such pride and care in his work. I called to order some parts for a music box I am repairing (I’m a very skilled repairman) and felt very disrespected by whoever I spoke to. He was scoffing at me the entire time, wouldn’t answer my questions about the product I wanted, and told me he won’t help me. I understand there’s pre-Christmas stress, but that’s no excuse to be rude to potential customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
