I came in recently with my two kids and baby and we were greeted with warm welcomes which started off our wonderful experience here. The environment was friendly and welcoming. Their menu is simple and easy to understand. The drinks are superior to any coffee chain I’ve tried and it made me realize that I’ve been missing out for a long time. You can tell they put in a lot of time and effort to create products people will enjoy. We also got a cinnamon roll that was delicious. Everything was very fairly priced and the staff was so friendly! Its no wonder this place has nearly 5 stars and tons of reviews. I can’t wait to go back.

Decent cup of coffee and oh boy the pastry...sooo good!! I'm on my way moving from Portland to San Francisco and I'll say the pastry here still ranks among the best in those two metropolitan cities, while their prices still stay very reasonable. I had a hard time to order because literally I wanted them all. So I got - A breakfast sandwich (bacon and egg in a "croissant" style pastry) and it is terrific. I don't know how they did it but the bacon and egg are well warmed up while the "croissant" is still super flaky. - A Bourbon Cardamon Knot that was recommended by a barista and I loved it. A perfect combination of sweet, savory and texture. - A Kouign Amann which scores high in both the look and the taste. That's 3/3 and I feel like you just can't go wrong with the pastry here. The store opens pretty early and has lovely seatings both inside and outside. It's actually a coffee roaster plus a bakery, both are in-house which is super cool. Overall I had such a wonderful experience, I will be stocked to come back whenever I pass Redding again.

Winners of the Best Local Coffee Shop in 2020, the reviews live up to the experience. Very quick and efficient service, while still feeling welcomed, cared for and a variety of options/offerings listed for me. From ordering, to completion of purchase at the register, each employee was pleasant and genuine in their service and made me and my family feel like the center of attention. Highly recommend any of their single origin offerings as a cappuccino and their hand crafted flavoring options are an excellent escape from the traditional and generic flavor offerings. The Gluten Free Cinnamon Rolls from their In-House French bakery are to-die-for. Theory Coffee Roasters. You have my business forever. From one coffee lover to another.

Not only does this place have the best coffee above SF, but the ambiance and food is exceptional. Also at a reasonable price for the quality and freshness of their products. I could stay here all day considering their crazy good beer selection, awesome food, and amazing espresso to keep me going. And ALSO, they have a local kombucha on tap and it is MIND BLOWING. Don't pass up an opportunity to visit this place! Their outdoor seating area is super chill as well. If you don't enjoy your time here you're doing it all wrong. And ALSO AGAIN, I just tried their Jerk Chicken flatbread today and was so good I didn't even get a chance to take a picture before it was gone, took me to flavor town
For someone that love to visit coffee shops to work remotely for a few hours, Theory Collaborative is on the top list. They roast their own coffee and then serve it in the next room. The vibe was created with a chill environment in mind. Coffee was really delicious. My girlfriend loves a great flat white and always get disappointed by coffee shops. But Theory Collaborative did not.
First time there today. Coffee was good but I felt like an outsider for sure. Not very welcoming. The breakfast pastry was also quite a bit over cooked. This is the part I took off to make it kind of edible.
Great Matcha Latte and the service here is really good. The staff is friendly and personable.
