I had a terrible experience with Steve Cole, the company's President this afternoon. Steve contacted my company to schedule a consultation to discuss hiring us to perform Search Engine Optimization services for his company's website. On his initial contact form he entered a fax number, not a phone number. Then when scheduling a consultation, he entered a 14 digit number. I tried to decipher this number and I called two times. Nobody answered, so I called the other number - that's when I found it was a fax number. Then, I emailed Steve to let him know I could not get in contact with him. I gave Steve my consultation form link again so he could pick a new date and time that works for him. An hour and a half later Steve emailed me saying he is no longer available today and he demanded I call him tomorrow. I informed him that my schedule was full tomorrow, and again gave him the link to pick any date/time from my own open schedule times, so he could easily select a time that works for him - including the day after tomorrow. Steve sent another message demanding I call him tomorrow and he told me to call his cell phone if he was not in the office. I again informed Steve that I did not have an opening in my schedule tomorrow, and I again told him I have plenty of time open the day after tomorrow. Steve then replied, "Thanks just forget it..." Steve later left my business a 1-star review on Google.. I have to say - I am lucky this issue happened before working with this company. It is extremely obvious that when a company's leader makes so many simple mistakes early in the process when hiring a company to help improve their own business that they will eventually become a terrible client. I am happy to discover this fact before ever working with Steve Cole and Therm-L-Tec Systems Inc.
