I've had the pleasure of knowing John for a number of years and watched his operation grow and his dedication to preserving the Big Horn River. his family and kids reflect his love of flyfishing and dedication to taking care of his customers.. Many of my friends have gone with his guides and I enjoy his company when I'm in Thermopolis, and it stayed at his wonderful fishing rental property is good as you can get.. and he has Rockies baseball on his DirecTV. . If you're fishing on your own. Be sure to use his shuttle service and his advice. his relationship with his competition is another one of his strong points. the fishing guiding is about people and he understands how his clients should be treated.

I have been fishing with Wyoming Adventures for well over 10 years. I have been fishing the Big Horn River for over 40 years. You would think I know a lot about the River. I also own a Clacka craft. After being out with Wyoming Adventures a few times I realized that I was catching the most and the biggest fish when I went with them. I very seldom use my own boat, usually only when Wyoming Adventures is booked. Wyoming Adventures works very hard and will go over the same hole until the opportunity is exhausted. You will not find a better fly fishing guide for the Big Horn River in Thermopolis than John Schwalbe and his crew. I have used several guides over the last 20 years and none come close to John Schwalbe. I take a lot of my clients out with Wyoming Adventures and this is not a fish story, they catch the largest trout of their lifetime. Why risk it, go out with Wyoming Adventures for the best results the river will show for that day, bar none. WYOMING ADVENTURES ROCKS!

I have fished with hundreds of guide throughout the West and Alaska and I have never met one who worked harder that John to get his clients on the fish and to show them a good time. The best part?
