Tom and his team will assist you from concept and design to the installation of an amazing transformation in your backyard. On our initial discussions with Tom, the only thing my husband and I knew, was we wanted a “in ground” pool on a piece of property that made this near impossible. Our property was filled with rock. We knew we would need a lot of work to get to the actual pool install. Blasting was inevitable. Tom and his team came up with creative and innovative ideas that helped us determine pool placement, areas to backfill and what type of design would work best for our home. We were able to see 3D design renderings to help us make decisions. The attention to detail helped us feel comfortable moving forward. We cannot say enough good things about Flint Landscape and Design. The team was always here on time and very respectful of our space. The quality of their work is superb, and the lines of communication were always open. Our pool installation was done on time and within budget. Our backyard is it's own masterpiece thanks to their team. We even called on his team a second time to help us with our slate walkway that was lifting and dangerous to use. Tom came in and listened to our needs. He made recommendations that would allow us the usability we were looking for on our front porch and walkway. Tom genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure functionality meets equally with the design. The team at Flint Landscape and Design is one of kind. We had a new patio and deck built. The initial meeting, design and work was well coordinated and everything was done in a timely fashion. The crew were professional and their attention to detail was excellent. The jobsite was always neat and clean. We love the results and would recommend this company
Working with Thomas Flint was the best decision we have ever made for our home! We have literally transformed our backyard living space into a place that we never want to leave (and we don’t!). Tom and his entire team are just about the nicest people you will ever meet. They were a pleasure to work with and are incredibly creative, responsive and dedicated. Most importantly, their aesthetic is truly beautiful; modern yet timeless design. When family and friends come over they often tell me our backyard looks nicer than most resort pools! We had a pretty difficult build (exploding through rocks, creating various drainage systems, building multiple patios, a pool house and completely redoing the landscaping in the back and the front) and while it took a while, Tom and his team never let up. They worked through snow, rain, freezing temps and a global pandemic! We know we will enjoy our backyard and pool for years and years to come. We love that we can make these beautiful memories with our family and friends right in our own home. I cannot say enough good things about Thomas Flint Designs. Thomas Flint designed and built our pool and the results were impressive. In addition, their assistance in dealing with the town and managing the engineering process made everything seamless.
