We got Kyle's contact via our contractor Edgar when our garage door opener gave trouble one day. My husband Calvin spoke to Kyle and he gave all the options he had and also discussed the pros and cons which was really useful for us since we were new to garage door openers. Rob came out on Saturday to change our motor and saw that it was in good condition and so he detected what could have happened and suggested we do a service instead. Really appreciate the honest opinion from Rob and he provided expert service. Would definitely recommend them !
Thomas Garage Door Repair - the best! Customer service like you never see anymore. Ben walked me through how to fix a small piece in the garage and how to program my garage door opener so I could do it myself in the future and not have to call them. Very patient and kind. I have not had service like this on anything in years.
