They were fast and efficient. Friendly and professional. Answered all our questions and gave it to us straight. I would use this company anytime place or where.david Perry was a great help. Ac wire box caught fire and we didn’t even know it. David came and looked at it all and quoted us how much to fixed it. It was affordable. Came the next morning and fixed it right away. With in minutes we had a/c again. Love this company

Called them Monday for a damaged unit that was frozen outside, no heat. Needed a defrost something, and was advised to replace sensors as well. So, I bought them. They sold me a maintenance agreement as well, and charged me for all labor and parts. They came by on Friday, and replaced the parts. Friday night, no heat. I called their 24 hour answering service at 07:30 on Saturday. Ryan was here by noon. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. Guess it was a good thing I purchased that maintenance agreement. Ryan's calm attitude and willingness to just fix it,, refreshing. What started as a very negative experience, turned positive.
