I would rate a 0, but the customer service and repair service is the absolute worse. And there is no communication between anyone here. This D3 has had issues since Day 1. I have 463 hours on it and it's been to the shop a few times, and still has issues. It has an open ticket, but there is no communication so I don't know what their doing or what's wrong. If they even know what's wrong with it.

BJ at the Alabama location worked hard to put together a deal on 114k Catapillar 789D. Pre-qualified for 0% interest for 5 years. A month later my calls don't get returned, Catapillar credit wants my 14 year old company to rent, despite perfect business credit. Total waste of time. Rep in Pensacola dropped the ball and cost me thousands while I waited for them to put things together. Go buy a Kabota or other brand and you'll be ahead.
