Great! Came out a day before big snow storm, and figured out what was going on with water system. Even called to check if the \fix\ was working, till they came back after storm to get a second look so they could go from there. Even when they don't work on systems the type of mine.

Laframboise is very professional & dedicated to their work . I am truly satisfied with all the effort that made to resolve the water issue . Also want to thank personally to Paul ( owner ) & his senior employee ( Justin) for honest work ethics. Look no further, if you having water issue or pump issue. Laframboise is the best .

Complete waste of time dealing with La Framboise. I used them years ago to fix my well pump which wasn't working. Incorrectly diagnosed as a broken pump, when actually it was a short in the wiring. I replaced pump to the tune of 2000 in any case because it was nearly 16 years old. However, the real clincher was recently trying to get a water test and them not sending it to the lab in time because I forgot to call with a credit card for a 150 fee. You'd think if I had paid 2k without hesitation, that I'd get credit enough for 48 hours to cover 150, no? Note: per owner's response...the broken wire was discovered only being told the pump was shot and needed replacing. Only after replacing pump and sinking it again was the short discovered. It had to be pulled up, the short fixed and then sunk again. As I said earlier, it made sense replacing it since it was getting old, but the issue was not correctly identified at first. My point is that I was forgiving about the misdiagnosis and satisfied that I had pump that would be good for another 20 years. What gets my goat about this recent matter is coordinating a water test remotely, having to disturb my renters, but getting no result, since they were so worried about what amounts to a faction of what I had spent with them earlier. Which I paid rather promptly if not same day if I recall correctly. Upon receiving the message about the need for payment, I called immediately, but Kyle was unavailable, and I didn't hear back from him for several hours. By that point it was too late to use the sample for testing. Kyle did not make it clear I wouldn't be charged for a second visit.
