orrible place. I was told to go down a hill turn right and my dock will be right there. I drove around for 20 minutes and never found my dock. I went back up to counter and had she show me. The dock wasn't even there. I finally back into a dock. They lock my trailer in then someone tells me they are gonna go on break they will help me after. I got here at 930 am and it's currently 11am. Still not fully loaded. This place is a freaking joke

The lady working in the office seemed a little dry but the loaders bubbly and friendly personality more than made up for it. I hope maybe was just having a tough day.
Rude lady at check in needs to be replaced immediately! Quick loading is a plus
A good place to load ...with friendly people..
Woman at the front is a pain to deal with. But the rest of the process is nice and easy.
