I went to the Service Department on 8/11/2020 to have my first oil change done on my new CR-V as I was too busy to do it myself. Last week a did my second oil change, this time doing it myself. I crawled under the car and found the screws stripped on the skid plate that needs to be removed to change the oil, the skid plate hanging down and the plastic piece under the bumper cracked. The car hasn’t been touched by anyone other than Thompson’s Honda Service department before I changed the oil. A brand new 30,000 car and the service department doesn’t care if they damage something or not. DO NOT take your car here.
