The processors never answer the phone. They will leave you high and dry even if your Earnest Money Deposit is at risk of getting lost. It’s very difficult to close loans with them.

Marc Burridge is the Asset Management Boss who will instruct his employees to charge customers late fees regardless of whether or not you are late. He constantly looses paperwork, sends legal documents unsigned and mess up your deals. His employees never answer their phones. If you call to complain about him, they will retaliate and make your life a living nightmare. Shop around and consider all other options before you signup for your worst nightmare.

This is an incredible group of caring people. It is nice to see a company who truly wants to give back. Many companies are looking at their profit margin, however Anchor Loans looks at the big picture. Anchor Loans made a large donation to our Santa Clarita Veteran Enriched Neighborhood. It is easy for companies to write a check, but Anchor Loans put their employee power behind their donation and brought out a large team to help build the homes of the brave. Thank you for your philanthropy and incredible spirit of giving back to those who have served us so freely.
