They set high security standards for their clients but as s client haven't seen any standards been implemented. They know how to sell the security product but don't know how to deliver their promises, lots of supervisors but no action to be taken, HAD TO GET TO MY SUPERVISORS AND ADMINISTRATORS, then why they send you and nother person before you, HAD TO cancel because they don't want to deal with any problems.

They are a good security company
Great professional service. All the guards were clean, professional and showed up early for my event. The owners were very friendly and helped me figure out my needs. I am very happy and will use them again!
Supposedly parked at a private property st. But there's no signs saying it's a private community or No Parking signs anywhere on the st. They left a warning saying they'll tow my vehicle. I called to figure out why there is nothing indicating a no parking rule and had a patrol manager call me back but the guy seemed to be on his period was very rude and hung up on me. I live a block away from that st.
Had an issue where security guard miscalculated the time my car had been at same spot, they towed my car but when I confronted them with the facts they reviewed the images and realized I was right. They handled the problem as best as they can after the fact, and took it very seriously said they would train the guards on how to properly calculate the time to avoid problems like this again.
