I had accidentally bought tickets for the wrong day and couldn’t make it to the play. I called support and they told me I could transfer them to a different day and resell them through the app which never showed up so I had to call again and the agent said I was misinformed and that I couldn’t resell the tickets. So I go back through the app and the tickets have disappeared so now I can’t even view the tickets if I wanted to see the show on the transfer date. I go to call support for the 4th time and their number is disconnected. So now I’ve paid for 3 tickets and can’t get my money back or even the tickets to have.
