My 60 year old mother bought tickets to a concert through these folks. Gets them in the mail - they clearly have printed on their a face value that was way lower than what she paid. Included with the tickets is a letter that says she can't get a refund because she checked a box agreeing to their terms which clearly state that the price may not be the market price. It says not to bother going to a credit card company for a chargeback because it won't work. They then have the audacity to ask her to come back for all of her ticketing needs. Look, if you want to sell tickets at market-demand price that is fine; and these guys aren't the only ones who do this. It is their terrible customer service and attitude that really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. "You've been duped, there's nothing you can do about it, please come again". Seriously?
