I bought Taylor Swift tickets with the insurance and tired to cancel my tickets within 24 hours per the instructions given to me. They were extremely difficult to get in touch both Ticketmaster and their insurance provider, which they also own. After numerous arguments they still would not refund the tickets months before the concert and even though the tickets weren’t used. The biggest scam ever!!!!!
