Port City music hall haws closed and Ticket master refuses to give a refund. I contacted them via e-mail, chat, and by calling. I guess Ticketmaster is just going to keep my money. So much for seeing Enter the Haggis. I will not be doing business with Ticketmaster again.
I am incredibly disappointed with Ticketmaster right now. I’ve been waiting YEARS for a band to go on tour (they had broken up for years and finally got back together and announced a tour) tickets went on sale today at 12. I joined the queue to buy tickets as soon as they let me (which I think was ten or 15 minutes before 12) when the queue finally started up I was told there were over TWENTY THOUSAND people in front of me. My coworker joined the queue after 12 and he only had 800 people in front of him and ended up being able to get two tickets. I waited over 45 minutes for it to be my turn in the queue. I finally get to my turn and get a list of tickets. Every ticket I click on says “sorry another fan got to these tickets before you”. This continued for 30 minutes while I desperately tried to continue clicking on ticket options. After about 30 minutes I got “unknown error occurred” every time I clicked on a ticket option and never got past the unknown error. Now these tickets that were 60 are being “resold” for HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS that I sadly can not afford. The entire process was incredibly unfair and messed up and I am beyond upset I won’t be able to go to this concert that I have been dreaming about for years.
What an absolute horror show this company is. It should be called mobile master. If you try to buy tickets as a Christmas present for a friend, you need to transfer the f'ing ticket via cell phone. Wow, that is very personal when giving a present. Then of course no refunds on these stupid cell phone tickets. The company is a joke. They are misleading by giving you directions on how to print your tickets when know all the time they cannot be printed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CHARLATAN'S. GO TO STUB HUB, THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
The set up for the stage was wrong. I bought GA pit tickets in front of the stage and I ended up in the back parking lot. Not impressed.
