It was different before COVID-19 when they would take their sweet time issuing me refunds. But now, I'm literally starving and homeless because I never received my unemployment. So Ticketmaster could hurry up and give me my refund so my 3-year-old and I can hopefully still survive the next week or so. But who am I kidding? I'll be surprised if I even get my refund. Last time it took a month and a half of waiting after the show had already gone and past. It took hours of fighting on the phone with a supervisor to finally get my money. Despicable.

Bought tickets to a monster truck show. Two out of four seats were behind a big black curtain. First they questioned what the problem was, then seated my family further back behind a big railing. After complaining again they moved us even further back. I don’t need to be comped front row seats I didn’t pay for, just give me seats on the same row I paid for in a half empty arena.
I purchased 4 tickets for Nick Cannon presents ( Wildin Out ) and its no refund ( Wow ) ,,March 28th,,,, The world will still not be back to normal,,, You can't count money you never made Yet,, But i can miss money that i just gave away,,,No one knows the outcome of this Covid 19 Pandemic,,, I want a Refund ,,i will never purchase tickets in advance ever again ,,!!
The WORST!!!! The mayor shut the whole city down til april 13 and i cant even get a refund for the circus on april 5th! We have a global epidemic you all should be more sympathetic towards whats going on.
Absolutely horrible service double the price of any ticket you see that's the exact phrase I got from a Ticketmaster customer service representative when I questioned why you have to double the price and service fees just to purchase a ticket they hung up on me
