Ticketmaster charged me twice for the same concert and after i reached out to them to request a refund since they duplicated the charge they stated that i authorized the transaction and refused to refund me my money. I asked why would i buy a pair of tickets twice? wouldnt i just buy 4 at a time so i dont get charged a service fee twice and they couldnt say anything other than \you authorized it\. extremely unhelpful vendor. I will never buy tickets through them again. On top of that they send the duplicate pair of tickets to an old email address that i have no access to.

I thought I was buying 2 tickets for a show at the price of 125 each and during my checkout process the prices were increased to 140. This was outside of the extra service fees, the ticket price itself increased. No notification or anything, realized this after I looked at my order confirmation. Called Ticketmaster customer service and of course they said there’s nothing they can do. Total scam.... just wanted to share so other people know this could potentially happen to them!
They have sold us invalid tickets to caps 2 out of 3 times this year. Only buy printed tickets from box office.

I was trying to buy BTS Love Yourself Tour tickets for the show on September 9th at Newark,NJ and the resale prices were RIDICULOUS! I understand that the tickets sold out within seconds and people wanted to make a profit off of resold tickets. But 3,000 come on now. That is horrible. I was suprised that Ticketmaster lets their costumers get ripped off like this. The CEO should do something about this. They NEED to set a limit to resale ticket prices. Also I have a problem with the purchasing process they should reserve the tickets for the costumer during the purchasing process. Trying to put your card information in and you get a message saying. \Someone else got to it before you\ what the heck. Not cool. This whole purchasing process has been a disaster. Im pretty sure they'll say \ Sorry but we have no control over resale prices\ Um well you should. People are getting ripped off on your watch. That is just terrible. So many Army's spent hours trying to buy tickets. Yes the tour is called Love Yourself: Tear. Well let me tell you alot of tears have been shed by lots of fans. Im so disappointed in Ticketmaster. Shame shame shame.
