Tickets for less showed great customer service this morning. I needed 5 tickets for the game however because of covid i thought i would only be able to buy 3 in one section and 2 in another section. However i called them and they had a contact with the team and was able to get me 5 tickets together. Thank you Tickets for less!

Awesome customer service came through last minute on Super Bowl tickets. Not only did they come through big time, we had first row club level. Price was really competitive. They made us feel comfortable and secure we wasn’t getting ripped off. They had us meet them at a secure location in Miami Gardens close to venue. They had security to make us feel safe. They Provided refreshments and snacks. The seats were well worth it. Thanks for coming through on the day of the Super Bowl with great seats at a great price. I’ll trust them anytime I need some hard to get seats anywhere I go.

I purchased my Chiefs Super Bowl tickets from Tickets for Less. They had the best deal and they were upfront with their fees. Because it was for the Super Bowl I was nervous about the transaction, but everything was handled securely, my tickets were real and the staff (Ben) was very friendly and professional. Now that I know they are professional and trustworthy - I plan to get all of my future tickets from them.

I had a concert that I was attending on Sunday and we never received our tickets. The tickets were purchased four months in advance and were supposed to be released to us on the Friday before the event. After not receiving the tickets, we gave the company a call and was placed on hold for an hour. We were offered a 'deal' which would put us five rows closer than the tickets we originally purchased, we said yes and they let us know we would have our tickets emailed to us within 30 minutes. Still, never received those tickets. We finally just had to get a refund because the concert was starting in two hours and we still didn't have tickets. So, we will see how long it takes for our refund to be issued.

Use to be reputable. Now a total scam with the 7 per ticket charge to "protect my ticket"! That is why we used use! NOT NOW FOR CHEIFS TICKETS! I was SCAMMED out 1,279 on Kansas City Chiefs tickets because of this scam site! Go to ticket master and pay the service fee. Way Safer!!! Tickets for less is now SCAM FOR MORE!!!

Bought 4 tickets (spent over 400) to Chiefs/Broncos game. The weather was horrific and we were not able to get to the game. I have been a customer for at least a year. I called, spoke to Jen regarding any amount of a credit for a future purchase and she indicated that all sales are final. I really try to patronize my hometown businesses, however, I may need to rethink.

The Tickets for Less tailgate at the Arrowhead club on June 21st was a great success. It was easy to find, staffed by a wonderful team of people and the food and drink was all top notch. It was a very hot day, so to be able to be inside for a while with some A/C was a fantastic break. After having an easy, stress free buying experience to get tickets for my kids and I, this topped it all off and made for a fantastic day. And then the Royals and their come-back victory!!! Tickets for Less was great all the way around and I plan to continue to visit. Thank you.
