It's a buy 1 get 1 type of deal that they label as a \gift\ but ONLY if you do a 90-minute tour of Westgate Resorts AND meet their qualifications. There are about 8-12 qualifications one of them being income-based. So if you'd like to entertain this type of thing, great!

We had to cancel our upcoming Disneyworld trip because of the pandemic and they were so helpful! They just asked us to mail the theme park tickets back and once they got it, they issued a refund. Took about five days from the time i contacted them for a refund to the time it showed up back on my card. Excellent service! We will definitely get any kind of tickets from them again in the future.
