BEWARE! The overall experience with tickets.expert was terrible. Tickets were sold that company later claimed were unavailable due to a “computer problem”. Company waited 6 weeks to notify us of said computer problem and by that time we had already purchased non-refundable plane tickets and a hotel. Today on the site we see that tickets are in fact available for the exact date we had originally purchased but at a substantially higher price. If you check other reviews on the tickets.expert site you will see this is not the first time the computer problem excuse has been used. Our notification came after 60 Minutes had previewed the play. Coincidence? I think not! If possible to give less than a star we would.
