I just completed the move in process. Diana the property manager is professional, very polite, has open communication. I haven't moved in yet and she's made me feel at home. The grounds are quiet and clean. Love the gym and dog park. The laundry room is clean. I'm looking forward to moving in tomorrow.

Great location, close to everything. Friendly neighbors provided a sense of community. The staff members always said hi and waved when they saw me. Raul in maintenance was always helpful, friendly, and professional. The property manager Diana always went above and beyond whenever I had a question or concern. Thank you for everything!

I love this apartment complex! I got my ideal one bedroom I’ve been searching for and I’ve been loving it so far. The complex is nice and tucked away which makes for a quiet setting. My unit is right by Thomas Rd but I personally don’t mind the faint sound of cars going by. My dog loves the little dog park on site too! My unit was renovated a year ago and is in great condition, and the maintenance team / leasing team is responsive whenever I need something. Would definitely recommend :)

I tried to schedule a tour and they said they had nothing to show and could look online. Their website even says to call to schedule a tour. Definitely will not be signing a lease here. How do you expect someone to move in somewhere without seeing the place first?

I moved here when the pandemic started from Seattle. My transition was seamless. I moved to my first apartment with tides and had issues with it due to flooding, but they accommodated to move me to a different apartment unit with no extra charge. It was an upgrade for me and I definitely been hAppier since then. The complex went thru a lot of renovations including change in management. Since I moved there a year and half ago, they been thru 3 management changes. I definitely had issues with the first management, but when new management took over specially Diana, lots of great things happened. Complex are much cleaner. And she has been very accommodating and helpful with everything I needed for me and my family. Nothing is perfect in this world. Yes I had minor issues from the beginning, but I stayed because there’s a lot more positive things happened to me as a tenant.

Lived here for 3 months & is the worst apartment I ever lived in! The police stay here everyday, the parking lot stay noisy. The windows and floors are so cheap you can hear somebody breathe on the other side! The rent is so high for you to live in a shoe box. The management has changed already 3 times since I been here. Which lets you know they don’t do their jobs. It has roaches and dogs that don’t shut up. Looking in the day time will have you thinking it’s a great community. Come look at night!

I'm here to give a big shout out to the management and staff at Tides on 50th. In addition to being courteous and professional. They have been performing a wonderful job of managing, cleaning and maintaining this community that I have been a resident of since October of 2017. As a gated community, whenever I'm inside I feel a high sense of security both for my person and my vehicle. For excersise I walk the property at night. While I do have a washer and dryer in my apartment, there's two laundry areas on the property. I enjoy the amenities of a gym, swimming pool and covered parking. Close to all the major freeways, shopping and the airport. You are doing an awesome job keep it going.

The area is great but don't I repeat don't move to these apartments... management is rude and lazy.. no communication at all... and its just not a loving place... I watch management tear down a veteran for war who's handicap who can barley walk and was told remove your ramp or get a 30 day notice... man can't even get in his own apartment that put his life on the line for this country.... Crazy!!!!! Also you put in maintenance request... office don't tell the maintenance man until weeks after... don't move here run away as fast as you can and never come bac
