EXCELLENT product selection, great service and perfect installation. We did a full bathroom renovation and Tiffany provided the perfect shower door, measured carefully and we could not be happier with the results. Even the chrome hardware is outstanding. Such nice folks to do business with - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Worst customer service and it stems from the top. They I installed my door and now a few years later it domes not t close right and it is always open. I called to get my door fixed after it was not closing right They got my number wrong I called to an appointment they said they would call back and never did. I call them and they tell me I am scheduled for the coming Tuesday the next business day. I told them I had an appointment but they could come in the after noon No talk about price or money to come see. Tuesday morning the gentleman tells me it will cost 300 to walk in. I said hat ridiculous. I cancelled and when I called the owner he still trolls he tried to contact me and was rude. Basically telling me I was wrong. Their customer service is terrible. I literally can see the store from my house window and hey want 300 to come here. A joke and rude. Don’t use them. I called great neck shower door they came and fixed it the same Tuesday for 75!
