Went inside to order 4 dozen cookies that I was going to cater to a business. The door bell went off and the workers completely ignored the bell and I could see back in the kitchen everyone in a circle just chatting it up. I stood there for 10 minutes and no one came to the counter. Appeared a manager was back there as well. Decided to leave since no one helped me out. Poorly managed; thanks for wasting my time, and future business. I often cater for businesses for my job and this one will be crossed off the list. Will not return due to total negligence.
