Cookies are good, but a little thin. I wish they were a little thicker. The icing packs they have are good too! Nice extra touch for the cookies.

I ordered several dozen cookies for an office party. A very friendly delivery driver arrived at our office right on time. The cookies were still warm and gooey, thoughtfully and adorably packaged. They are a little on the pricey side for a cookie, but for a special occasion or thank you gift, they are far more affordable than flowers or Edible Arrangements. And...these aren't just any cookies. The only downside to my experience was their online ordering system. You can't order less than 6 of any certain cookie, so you can't have more than two flavors in a dozen unless you order the pre-set Tiff's Mix and no substitutions are allowed. So not very customizable, but I understand it makes it easier on the company to operate this way. That said, these cookies are too delicious to be discounted by an ordering system. I'll definitely order from them again.

Cookies are great don't get me wrong... I love them, best cookies around... but today I decided to pick them up for the first time because I had never been to any store for pick up and wanted to check it out. Big mistake, first off the cookies wasn't done when they said they would be, not a big deal whats another 10 minutes right? Nope how about 20 minutes and then I had to go inside to get them and once inside they totally ignored me. Once my order was up I asked is that for the white dodge and she told me nope and walked right was me to go directly to my truck. Once she realized it actually was my order, I didn't get an apology she just said what's your name and then handed me my order and then walked away. No I'm sorry about the extra wait, no I'm sorry about the inconvenience or misunderstanding, nothing... just here and walked away. If that's the customer service you guys provide then I'm good. Thanks but no thanks I can bake too honey

Assistant manager Mark at the Brentwood Tiff's Treats was so over the top helpful and kind. My first time in his store and my friend and i were getting cookies to go. They will heat them in an a little oven and put in a foil to go pouch as well. My hubby loved his oatmeal raisin and my friend devoured her choc chip and snickerdoodle!! Way to go Tiff's and thank you Mark for the great service!

The delivery driver was polite. The overall delivery was on time and the cookies were kind of warm. I was not a fan of the actual cookies. I ordered Pb& Choc Chip and Choc Chip & Pecan. I couldn't even taste the peanut butter in the first cookie and the chocolate chips have a weird tang or after taste that I was not a fan of. I honestly don't even want to eat the rest of the cookies.
