Deanna is amazing and the reason I go specifically to this location over any else. She happens to be the manager, and you can tell she runs her business with great pride and enthusiasm. There's never been a time buying a lot or a little where I didn't feel welcomed and appreciated. 10/10 !!

Mainly deliver or cater service. But does offer in store pick up. Cookies are delicious and best when warm out of the oven when requested. Cookies flavor options are good. Fantastic option if you wish to indulge on a treat.

Cookies are put in the oven for a few seconds and boxed. I just take them and microwave. I know it's their oven with the proper heat that makes the difference.

Normal brownie and a regular chocolate chip cookie are a bit overpriced. Really isn't worth the money if they taste the same as any other deserts.

They made a mistake and proactively went above and beyond to correct it. I ordered a dozen cookies to share with the office today. I got a call from Tiffs treats that they realized they sent the driver with the wrong box of cookies. It was different types but also contained brownies and blondies. Since it was just to share around the office it was not a big deal and they offered to resend what I ordered. I told them what they had was fine. They then delivered the different order, sent a fresh batch of what I ordered, and sent a gift card for a future order. This is what makes or breaks a company. Thanks for what you did today and you can be sure Ill be back!

It is amazing how patient they are when people are hemming and hawing over what chocolates they should pick. They even offer unique chocolate gifts. Every time we shop here we leave happy with both the product and customer service.
