This company has increased their rates in the month of Jan/Feb bringing my utility bills from 200 to 258 a month in the apartment complex I live at. The 3rd party Timber Lodge uses which is West who bills our utilities has stated that this increase is due to the "loose" contract the property owner has with Tiger. I contacted Tiger and they will not speak to me about the increase. If you can avoid using Tiger as your gas provider, I recommend anyone else.
