Got a Carrara marble soap dish at the end of October to replace one that fell off the wall. This one fell off the shower wall too! Had not realized the second one was also from Tiles R Us. The soap dishes were not adequately attached to the base in either dish. Now I have a base on my shower wall with no dish. Can’t just remove the base as it was cut into the shower tile. Have to find another soap dish. Contacted this company several times but they do not stand by their product. Only have lived in my house since 2017 so 2 soap dishes falling off the base show the product was defective. We only had a razor on the soap dish. Nothing heavy at all
