We began considering a storage building back in late 2019. After much \window shopping\ we decided to go with Timberline Barns. I began communicating with Yvette in June of 2020 via email, asking many questions and considering options. She was SO helpful and patient with the time we took considering all our options. I especially like the 3D builder on their website, it really helped to be able to see how the different options would look and come together as a cohesive shed. Once we made all our decisions, we decided to place the order in early 2021. Knowing the current supply challenges due to Covid 19 in the world we anticipated it would be a couple months before our building was complete. However, 3 weeks after our order was placed the shed was delivered and set up in our yard. Delivery man was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We have only had it a few days, but are anxious to get it put into use for hopefully many years to come. Overall our experience with Timberline Barns was excellent. It is nice to know that in a world where customer service levels continue to decrease...that Timberline Barns goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied with their buying experience. Thank you Timberline Barns!

Nice little barn. Seems to be pretty well built. Delivery guy managed to get it where I wanted it despite it being in a tight location... A bit of advice for perspective buyers, be aware the lease to own option will inflate the price of the barn. This is a good option if you are renting or are in a situation where you may not keep the barn to term, however if you have decent credit, and plan to keep the barn you'd save a ton of money by financing it traditionally (with your bank) or obviously paying cash. Don't do like I did and decide the day after its set up you want to buy it outright, you'll then find the payoff of 65% of the remaining payments. (In my case this tacked on about 1800 for the raw cost of the shed). I can't really knock RTO for this as it wasn't in fine print, and in fact was BOLDED on the first page.... so the error was mine, but the lesson is READ THE CONTRACT. If I had to do it over again, I would have just went through my own bank and saved a few grand.... oh well... live and learn.
