Justin booked a cabinet job which was critical for our new countertops. We had the countertops taken off with the expectation he would show to do some work. He committed to a time and never showed or called. After sending multiple emails and calls we rescheduled with him. Again he didn’t show to this second appointment. I called multiple times, tried email communication, called many times, and stopped by the shop. No answer anywhere. Had to cancel and go with another company. We have been without countertops for over a week now. I wish he would have simply said he couldn’t do it rather than making me wait. Be very careful if you choose this company. It’s a risky adventure with a small company that can’t keep a promise to appear ... twice.
