Just wanted to scream from the mountains about Time on Target Security. The whole team was courteous and attentive to all of my needs. After my brand new gate was finished, I hit and messed up all their hard work. Without hesitation they came out the very next day to fix it, and got me back up and running, as if the accident never happened. Thank you all. I will recommend anyone that needs their services. What can i say after much time going through several companies I ended up finding Steve with Time on Target Security. I have to say these guys go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They not only beat all other local rates, but they also delivered a quick response and a great system. I had them install four cameras on my residential home and they not only did great work and listened to all my needs, however also taught me all about my system and cleaned up after themselves like they were never here. They also are veteran owned and operated which is also a huge plus and shows by their prompt service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company and to many years of success. I represent a resident-owned community in New Port Richey consisting of 288 homes on 55 acres. Last month we hired Time On Target Security LLC to do an entire system installation on our property to cover vulnerable areas and entry points on our property. After meeting Mike Harris CEO/Founder of Time on Target, we knew we had the right company for our job. Mike was a total professional in every sense of the word. Mike listened to our concerns and designed a system to totally suit our needs. I was amazed that 3 hours after our meeting, there was a complete estimate in my inbox, not like the typical 2 weeks most contractors take if they even get back to you at all. Time on Target is a very appropriate name for this company. We are very pleased with the competitive pricing and more importantly, the quality of the work and equipment installed. I can also say Time on Target's customer service (tech support) is second to none. Time on Target Security has by far been the best security company I have worked with. They were professional and tentative to my needs and wants. The communication during the process was A and I can't think of a time Mike and his team did not get back to me. The communication has not stopped there... Mike and his team has follow up since the install to see if I had any new or additional questions. They were on time and not a min late. The value and quality of the cameras Mike and his team sold to me and nothing but amazing. I can see water drops on my car and it does not matter if it's day or night. Don't wast your time with those other companies who just give you the runaround... Save your time, money, and headache. I already did it all for you!!!! There on time service, professionalism and courtesy was very much appreciated. Unfortunately these days you do not see a lot of that in businesses.They did a great job with the installation of my cameras. I would have no problem referring them to anybody.
I sent them a message Tuesday night for a quote, they came to the office the next morning... and installed 3 days later. Professional! Courteous! Clean! They weren't the cheapest, but I firmly believe they were the best for the job. Will use again!
Always there to answer any questions I have . It is important to me that my children are protected while I am at work, and my husband works away from home. This system brings me piece of mind, which is priceless, but system itself was affordable. The fact they the company is made up of Veterans, and gives back to the community is also important to me. Highly recommended. Job well done guys!
