The course is in terrible condition currently. I was surprised that I had to pay a full price fee when it’s out of season and the course is being remodeled. Other courses doing something similar have given discounts and make you aware of the conditions. Based on fees and expectations from the clubhouse I expected much better conditions. I likely won’t go back until next season. I’d love to play it when it’s ready.

Awesome course! This course is conveniently located right off the freeway. Really cool to see the new renovations and the lit range. They really upped their game with the new displays in the golf carts. Excited to see what it will look like when it's all done.
Best practice facility in Utah County. The Course isn't quite there yet, but it has a lot of potential. I see the bones. If the city lets the golf people loose on design/clubhouse, this could end up being the best municipal course in Utah. No "country-club", but this place has the potential to help young golfers become pros. I used to think that these people were too uptight about the rules. After seeing the mess at Sleepy Ridge and other surrounding courses, it's easy to understand why they want to keep control. Utahns are great, but many people here DO NOT understand golf etiquette. My minor infraction was taking my golf bag in the clubhouse. Not a big deal--especially when you have a ton of young golfers around looking for new drivers. But you give some of these people an inch, they'll take a mile. I'll keep the rules as long as they imitate the "crazies" to another course.
East bay is coming around when this new layout on this course is done it's going to be great they have put real beach sand in the bunkers the new design of the course is great they have set it up so are juniors can still play and they are using the native grass we're they can can't wait to see the finish of the course driving range and putting greens looks to be a great practice facility for everyone hope fully the wedding reception and restaurant will follow it's a lot of work going in to east bay Brett and his staff have done a great job
Love the new holes. It's still growing in but it's one of my new favorite courses.
This course has somewhat recently had a major rebranding to become the Timpanogos Golf Club. They did put in a few upgrades in their clubhouse, golf carts, and amenities that have the aura of a professional golf club. Besides those changes, the course is below common decency of a golf course. The course is torn up all over the place, the greens are half dead, and the golf carts and their "upgrades" are frustrating to deal with if you go off the "cart path" that isn't even marked. The course is in need of a major overhaul of grass repairs and growth. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I probably wont be coming back anytime soon.
Price is reasonable for a golf course that has awesome potential. Needs time to grow in for sure though. Could become great could become below average. Only time will tell
It's shocking to fathom the amount of money that has been sunk into making this course demonstrably worse. I get that 48 is cheap for golf in many states, but in Utah, it means you think you have a very solid public course. How the owners of this course have come to that conclusion is entirely beyond me. The carts have gone from non-descript to actively annoying. They'll beep at you and stop you WHEN YOU ARE ON THE CART PATH. We call that a downgrade. The course is like your father-in-law: mostly bald. I know it's still winter conditions, but grass that doesn't exist can't grow. That's science. Look, maybe when this renovation is complete, this course will be improved. Unfortunately, I have my major doubts.
