This was my 1st time buying a vehicle for my daughter and Kevin, Sharon and Danny are some of the most personable and friendly people I ever met at a car lot! The people who left bad reviews on this car lot, probably aren’t credible individuals. They worked with me and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my kiddo’s 1st car was memorable. When I say “they went above and beyond “ that’s an understatement. We worked out a reasonable deal on the vehicle, they cleaned it , went to the store to get Bows, Balloons with helium and a card for my kid, I definitely would recommend them to any serious buyers and their vehicles are in excellent shape. I was worried about buying a used vehicle, but they made my experience enjoyable and fun! Don’t listen to the bad reviews and pay attention to the positive ones, there’s way more. If you want to buy from people who have integrity and a passion for what they do, don’t hesitate to come here! Thank you for your help and company!! Oh yeah and the beautiful car!

Having bought numerous vehicles from them in the past, I was grateful the salesmen were still as caring and helpful as they have been in the past. The owner makes sure the product on the lot is first rate and of the highest quality. My experience was awesome, and I will always refer potential customers to them. I had my mom with me. She asked them if they been maintaining their vehicle. They lied. Took it to Valvoline and they gave me a list of things I had to replace real soon. Took it jiffy Lube and they even print out a paper of when they last time it had a oil change. The cars their just collect dust. I’m a boxer so transportation is needed. Even had a friend who bought a suv their last year and it broke down on them.
Check the brakes and Rotor. Own it less than a month and had to replace it. Barely drove it and only in the city.
Buyer beware!!!..Family member purchased car from here, car stoped working completely after only 4 months of having vehicle not too mention monthly repairs during that time also...Salesmen/ owner did nothing to fix the situation. ? .Hard earned money that was saved up as down payment gone to waste and No car. The owner went so far as to send a letter saying he sold the car at auction for 800, I went up to the dealership and the car is sitting on the lot per the saleman waiting to have a motor put in , so it's not for sale yet !! When questioning the Owner about selling car at auction he stated he bought the car back from the auction. At that point their credibility went out the door with me. Owner stated that 20,000 miles was put on car in 6 months period ...do the math if the car was at 129, 350 and was given back at 141,000 that"s less than 12,000 miles. Called Tinkham on 2 occasions to complain about repairs, never once did they say to bring the car in for repairs , let alone say that the car had a warranty. .Further more when towed to the mechanic the car had a blown head gasket. Went to dealership to resolve issue's, left upset and no resolution.. It's very sad that during these trying times people are not honest

They buy cheap cars at an auction, clean the windows and do bubble gum repair jobs and sell it way above kelly blue book value. I bought a car. Within a week it broke down. After me jumping down their throat they replaced the car with another one and guess what? IT LASTED TWO WEEKS THIS TIME!! Riding in a 3 wheeled bus is better than what they got to offer.
