We stopped at Public Storage shopping for a new storage unit. There was no one in the leasing office but there was another office next door. After waiting for 10 minutes I knocked on it and the employee came out and actually scolded me for knocking on the door. So, we headed up the road to extra space where Deb & Steve warmly greeted us at their beautiful storage facility. It was so much better than public storage in every way, clean and very secure. But the best thing about it was the attention to customer service, making us feel welcome, and explaining everything clearly!
Wonderful place to store your belongings! Safe, clean, convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff (especially Debra who is a sweetheart)!!! I highly recommend them!!!
Deb was extremely helpful and patient. She took her time with me and answered every question I had. She even went through information twice over. My experience over the phone and in person exceeded my expectations through out my experience. Deb is simply amazing. Thank you again for everything.
