This tastefully decorated Spa is a . It’s tucked in a convenient spot in well known Orland Park, w/ ample & free parking. From walking into the parlor area, you’ll experience a warm welcome, glitzy decor, and a handful of top picks of skincare & hair products. I highly recommend any of the services offered for yourself or as a gift for a deserving friend. I’ve personally found my new “spa home.” Here, they combine highly skilled & professional staff with excellent customer service which for me is end all be all with the very little free time I get. I highly recommend whom I’ve had the pleasure of having my services with: Hair: Megan or Jake Massages (Deep tissue, Hot stone): Rok Medical Spa: Pam (the Owner) Injectables Front Desk Personnel: The entire team The staff here has made me feel welcome, appreciated, rejuvenated & pampered since discovering them in the Fall ‘20 & as a single mom of 3 kiddos w/a demanding career & long workdays, trust me, its a MUCH needed & welcomed escape into bliss for a couple of hours. The owner, Pam is so great about offering specials to help her clients get that “bang for your buck” and that’s a big part of why I’m trying to make this a priority in my life. Self care should be a priority!! As long as those specials continue, I’ll be returning on a regular basis. ️️ Stop by and pamper yourself! Kindness and beauty, inside and outside, is what you find from the staff and services at Trouvaille Med Spa. The perfect combination for aesthetic improvement. Pam is amazing with a listening ear and a heart of gold always trying to help you achieve the very best version of you with warmth. There is a sweet environment to boot...Crystal, mirrors, a glass of wine or a hot coffee, and an attention to detail that makes one feel surrounded with personal care. In a world of chaos, slip away for some much needed \me\ time, return home rejuvenated, refreshed and ready to go again, only better than before. The glow that I see when I look in the mirror is an extra bonus, can't recommend this spa enough.

Trouvaille is a 5-star med spa based on the following: staff, environment, service offerings, quality of services and products, and the price point. - The people who work here are friendly, well-trained, and experienced. That's the first ingredient to a great spa. There have been times over the last couple years when my preferred providers were unavailable, and I experienced no lapse in service with a different employee. - The menu of services is extensive and interesting. I get my hair done, facials and treatments, massages, but have tried new services based on their recommendations and been very pleased with the results. - The environment of any spa is so important, and Trouvaille's is fantastic. It's beautiful, well-organized, and has the best refreshments. - Trouvaille offers a lot of different products for skincare, well-being, and jewelry. You can get a consultation on it all if you just ask. - Compared to med spas in Chicago where I used to go, Trouvaille parallels both in service offerings and quality at a fair price point. Sometimes the spa runs specials on best-selling services and you can get great deals. I visit Trouvaille monthly, sometimes more, because it's like a fabulous one-stop shop.

My experience with treatment was very good; however, I booked the first appointment of the day - and then ended up waiting for my service for 25 minutes. When I went to check at the reception regarding reason for the delay, essentially learned that they intentionally double-booked me. Would have been helpful to either get a call that they would be running behind, or set expectations when I checked in (to see if my schedule would allow the delay). The response was very 'non-chalant' although it was unreasonable for me to object to waiting so long.
