Had car alarm installed here. They were helpful and knowledgeable. They even drove me back to work while they installed and picked me up when completed. Recommended.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Technician. Helped me with an issue on my lights from another place. Came back for Tint and Alarm Afterwards. I will be taking my cars here exclusively, because I trust them.

Horrible! Don't deserve stars at all! They didn't wire my fog lights the right way! June 2014 I had gone to install HIDs and fog lights. They said what they had to get done, labor, and the costs is parts. According to Ivan the parts were the best for my vehicle. Dec 2014 one of the fog lights was going off and flickering. I took it back to them bc it was still in the 6 month warranty. Ivan took a look at it didn't even tell me the problem for the fog light until after I asked and said that the fog light had water corrosion. January 2015 one fog light wouldn't turn off even though the car was off, I had to disconnect the battery so it wouldn't drain the battery. I called the next day to see if I could go in the "receptionist" answers and says they could help me later that day. after I told her my issue she said I needed to go the next day. I couldn't wait because the light would drain my battery. Went to "the HID factory" and turns out that there was no switch for my fog lights they were direct light with my headlights and they inform me that it's a FIRE HAZARD my car could have cought on fire at any time because the fog lights were not wired the right way and they were directly to the battery which was wrong. That was why my fog light wouldn't turn off even though my car was off and it would only turn off after removing the negative out of my battery. At The HID factory they said the whole installation for the fog lights was done incorrectly. The fog lights didn't need their own switch but it wasent done the right way. MY WARNING don't Go! Look for an actual place that they install lights, HIDs, headlights, and fog lights. Not only did I go again and they could have fixed the problem and they didn't but it was dangerous!
