This place is cool. They try to get things done in a timely & efficient fashion and I appreciate that...but the young lady that works there isn't always pleasant. I get your job can be frustrating at times, but the frustration is not for the customers. It's for you to adjust your communication skills. It's not what you say, it's always how you say it. Other than that, I'm okay with receiving services here.

Great service
Not from this area but overly pleased with the blessing one man gave to us. My husband, being a mechanic tried to plug our tire the facility was going to allow us to freely use their air compressor (no other working ones at gas stations could be located). The plug would not hold and within a few minutes they had our tire patched and got us back on the road. Hospitable and kind, what the world needs more of
Antonio provided excellent customer service! He was very welcoming and made my first experience with Tires Plus great! The waiting area was also very pleasant and cozy!! I will be going here from now on
My first and last time at this location smh! I went in for a oil change and they told me it will be a hour and a half! So I left and came back! My truck still wasn’t ready! So they told me it will be another 20 minutes! So I waited some more! I go back in and they gone say someone is getting under the hood right now! Me out of patience for waiting almost 2 and half hours, I just asked for my keys back! Smh! The service took way to long for a oil change and they kept lying about the time!! Truly waste of my time!! Would not recommend!
