Horrible place!!! I took my avalon for 4 new tires and brakes and alignment and oil change. Got charged 2000 for all that. Picked up the car end of the day and the car pulled hard to the left and the steering wheel was completely crooked! They never test drove it leave alone do an alignment! Took it right back and had to pick it up next day. Car still pulls to the left but i had to work that night so decided to bring it back in the morning. Next morning my passenger front tire that supposedly should be brand new is flat! Took it back to them waited 2hrs. Now the car is driving even worse than before...car pulls to the left when accelerating and pulls hard to right when braking! Im so over this place! Now i have to take my car elsewhere to get it fixed and spend thousands again! What a nightmare of a place! Wasted all my hard earned money for absolutely nothing!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Outstanding service, good prices, going above and beyond to help customers feel at ease, particularly Justin who works the front desk at the Thorton Rd. Douglasville GA location as he was very thorough with a great sense of urgency and customer service. I would like to thank Justin for all his customer service and making the repair process as stress free as possible.
